Personalized registration procedure for sponsors and exhibitors
As the sponsor or exhibitor of/at the ECM29, you are not required to go through the trouble of booking the accommodation or registering through the ECM29 website. The ECM29 has created a personalized registration procedure for all sponsors and exhibitors. You should only send an email to sponsorsECM29@globtour.hr specifying:
1. How many people your company registers for the participation at the ECM29,
2. How many booth units you would like to book (and numbers according to the scheme of the exhibition area)
3. What kind of accommodation you would like to book (No. of persons, No. of rooms, check-in and check-out dates for each participant, category), and
4. The attached completed, signed and scanned booking form available as the Appendix 1 of the Sponsorship and exhibition booklet.
Our agent will take care of everything you need and send you an appropriate invoice. Should you have any special requirements, don’t hesitate to ask.
The Hall A of the Adris Exhibition and Convention Centre, with its area of 1584 m2, accommodates 55 standard booth units (3 m x 2 m) along with the poster session and three refreshment corners. The units can be combined according to the wishes and needs of the exhibitors. Following the discussions with the potential exhibitors, the exhibition hall setup is drawn here.
A booth tenancy for all working days of the ECM29 includes: three built walls (if needed), company sign, electric socket, a table, up to four chairs, two complimentary registration fees, as well as the privilege to register one more person at reduced cost (commercial registration fee, category 5, see here). Commercial registration fee allows access to refreshments during the official breaks, scientific sessions and social events. Two types of booths will be available to the exhibitors at the ECM29, at the exactly same price. It’s up to you to choose, and to send as an appropriate request.

Diamond ECM sponsor – the main sponsor of the ECM29, only 1 available, among other benefits, includes 35% discount to the regular prices of all items included in the package.
Platinum ECM29 sponsor – 3 available, among other benefits, includes 20% discount to the regular prices of all items included in the package.
Gold ECM29 sponsor – 5 available, among other benefits, includes 15% discount to the regular prices of all items included in the package.
Although the packages are already designed, we shall enable our sponsors to modify them to a reasonable extent and keep the discount.
Payment & cancellation policy for sponsors and exhibitors
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total sponsorship amount must be submitted to secure the sponsorship booking. Bookings without this payment will not be considered as confirmed. Final payment must be received by April 23rd, 2015 (4 months before the ECM29). If the full payment has not been received by this deadline, the booking will be cancelled. All bookings made after April 23rd, 2015 must be fully paid at the time of booking.
All prices in the sponsorship table are given without VAT. All items will be sold on the “first-come-first-served basis” with some notable exceptions for the package buyers. The organizer will make every effort to negotiate Diamond and Platinum packages well in advance, so that the potential buyers of these packages will have all desired items at their disposal.
