A word from the organizer: At the 29th European Crystallographic Meeting in Rovinj there will again be a Software Fayre, where authors of academic and/or open-source software can present their new developments. The Software Fayre will be held from Monday, 24.8.2015 until Thursday, 27.8.2015. during the lunch break hours (from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM) in the lecture hall 2 of the AECC. There will be four 30′ slots each day, which means that 16 developers will get their chance to present their work during the ECM29. During the Tutorial Sessions, authors will demonstrate the features of their software on one or more practical examples.

Users Meeting and Luncheon Seminar on X-ray Diffraction Solutions
The ECM is always one of the highlights in our meeting agenda. We at Bruker and Incoatec are looking forward to seeing all of our friends and colleagues back at the ECM 29 in Rovinj. Over the past two years, we have achieved a number of impressive results, which we will present in a number of talks and posters. Additionally, we are preparing the exhibition and a number of events to which we cordially invite you.
The exhibition will be open from Monday, August 24th until Thursday, August 27th, 2015 – every day opening hours are from 08:30 h until 17:30 h. At stands 11-15 Bruker and Incoatec will present latest hardware and software developments.
The traditional Bruker-Incoatec luncheon will take place in hall No. 7 on Wednesday, August 26th, at 12:30 h. In the past this has proven to be an excellent opportunity to learn about Bruker’s and Incoatec’s latest activities as well as for an in-depth exchange of news and developments. Light refreshments will be available during the session. Since space is limited we kindly ask you to register on the right hand side and pick-up admission tickets at our stand.
Furthermore, we are pleased to invite you to the Bruker-Incoatec “Stars on the Beach” reception on Monday, August 24th, 21:00 h, with an open bar for alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments as well as some finger food. The reception will be on Catherine’s island, known as the garden by the sea, which can be reached by a specially chartered ferry departing at 21:00 h from the dolphin pier (~ 3 minute walk from the AECC). We are certain that on a sunny summer evening this beautiful location with view to the old town of Rovinj will create the right atmosphere for informative discussions and socialising. Return boats will depart every hour until midnight, to bring you back at your leisure.
