Registration for all participants of the ECM29 (with and exception of the sponsors and exhibitors, see here) will be possible via our registration system, accessed through the button at the bottom of this page.
Registrations open Sunday November 23rd, 2014 at 09:00 CET.

Deadlines
The relevant deadlines for the early bird and regular registrations are given on the left menu of the ECM29 website.
Early bird
All participants who want to register by the “early bird” rate, must ensure that their payment arrives to the ECM29 account by April 23rd, 2015 at 23:59 CET.
Regular
All participants who want to register by the regular rate, must ensure that their payments arrive to the ECM29 account by August 07th, 2015 at 23:59 CET.
Late
All payments arriving after the Regular registration deadline will be charged in accordance with the late registration rate.
We strongly discourage any payment on the spot.

Becoming an ECA member

Students and retired delegates
Delegates who register at the category 3 and 4 rates might be asked to submit relevant proof of their student/retirement status. Students are considered graduate or PhD students of crystallography and related disciplines under the age of 35 (including those who turn(ed) 35 during the year 2015). Under any circumstances delegates with the obtained PhD or above the age of 35 cannot register as students. Proof of status, including the supervisor’s contact, university document proving the student status, or the passport/ID copy may be demanded. Retired persons are considered delegates over the age of 65 (including those who turned 65 during the year 2015) and who are NOT regularly employed.
Exhibitors
Registration under category 6 is only allowed to the employees of the booth tenants. The appropriate certificate from the employer will be demanded. As the booth tenancy automatically includes two registration fees, each tenant will be allowed to register only one additional person per booth unit (6 m2) by the category 6 registration fee rate. Category 6 registration fee includes refreshments during the official breaks as well as the permit to attend all scientific sessions. For all sponsors and exhibitor an personalized registration procedure is set-up, and they do not have to register through the online registration system.
